Use the search engine!
It makes it much easier to find the products you are looking for. Enter a specific keyword in the search box and click the search button, and you will see results for that keyword.
Product page
We provide a detailed description of each of our products, which also includes the contents of the package. If you have found the documentation template that suits you, just put it in the cart and go to the "checkout".
Cash register
You can choose to pay by bank transfer at the cash desk. On the last page, you can review your order, check the data, and make changes to the order as well, if necessary, write a comment. If you have found everything in order, all you have to do is click the order button, and you will receive a confirmation of the order by e-mail within 24 hours at the latest.
Payment by bank transfer
If you choose bank transfer as the payment method during the order, please follow the steps below:
• add the product you want to order to the basket on the website of the online store
• choose the bank transfer method at the Cashier, and finally press the "Approve Order" button on the control page
• you will receive an information letter by e-mail, which contains all the data necessary for a successful transfer
Please include the information requested in the information letter in the NOTIFICATION line of the transfer, otherwise we will not be able to identify the payment! The order number can be found in the confirmation email. After receiving the amount, we will deliver the product immediately. Please note that the delivery time may be 1-2 days longer due to bank transfer.
Protection of your personal data
When handling data provided during registration (name, address, phone number, etc.), we act in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We will never provide any data to third parties without your consent. We handle and store your password confidentially. By using our online store, you accept these data protection conditions and authorize us to use your data based on what is described here. Online dispute resolution
Regulation 524/2013/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on the online resolution of consumer legal disputes and amending Regulation (EC) 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC (Consumer Online Dispute Resolution Directive) ( hereinafter: the regulation), the European Commission created an online dispute resolution platform, which can be used from February 15, 2016, for both consumers and traders in the event of a consumer dispute between those who conclude an online sales or service contract.
